A well known self storage company reluctantly accepted our insurance having originally told the customer they would have to buy the insurance through them (at a vastly inflated premium).

The customer contacted us and we informed the branch manager at the facility they were going against the spirit and were probably in breach of The Consumer Rights of Act of 2015.

We also mentioned the Financial Conduct Authority would be contacted in regard to them being in breach of one of their main rules in regard to 'Treaty Customers Fairly'.

Needless to say they accepted our Policy and the customer saved himself close to £ 100.00 in premiums !!
